The apartment boasts an excellent location, just a 2-minute stroll from the S+U Bhf Bundesplatz, Volkspark Wilmersdorf, and Schöneberg. Commuting is a breeze, with convenient access to both the Berlin Ringbahn and the highway ring.
Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living space. As I occasionally reside here myself, guests are welcome to enjoy a variety of spices and ingredients, freely available for their use! The apartment's high ceilings and ornate stucco elements create a sense of spaciousness, while the tasteful blend of vintage and contemporary furnishings adds a unique and charming character.
Here are some key features:
- 1 bathroom - complete with a luxurious rain shower!
- 1 cozy bedroom - featuring a functional work desk with a monitor and a convenient retractable queen bed!
- 1 living kitchen - complete with a big refrigerator to meet all your culinary needs!
- 1 spacious bedroom - thoughtfully equipped with a workout station, a large work desk featuring a monitor, and a comfortable king-sized bed for your ultimate relaxation and productivity.
