"Deichrose" Vacation Apartment

Our modern "Deichrose" vacation apartment is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Zingst, in the "Achter'n Dieck" apartment complex, not far from the beach In this well-maintained apartment complex at Darßer Weg 36, which consists of 4 apartment buildings, our apartment is located in the Graureiher building (house number 36a), apartment 10.
The apartment, measuring approximately 78 m², is located on the 1st floor with a converted attic.
The apartment features an entryway, a balcony, a living room with a dining area for 6 people and an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed on this level, and an open-concept bedroom in the attic with a double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a TV area.

All windows have roller shutters and fly screens, with the exception of the round window in the attic and the two large windows in the living room and bedroom.
The lower level has tile flooring, while the attic has laminate flooring.

There is also a storage room in the apartment. Amenities include a seating set for the balcony, a parasol, as well as a crib and a high chair.
The apartment includes a storage closet right next to it for cleaning supplies.

Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment.

A parking space (No. 10) and a lockable storage room for bicycles are available, as is a barbecue area.
