The Space:
There is a large patio out the side door and a small grassy area in the back of the house. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

This was a beautiful home with a very nice view of the water. We hadn’t encountered any issues, so communication was basically checking in and out which was super smooth. Very convenient location.

Great location - within walking distance to restaurants and to the beautiful pier over the water. Check-in was incredibly easy, and host was very communicative. The house itself was very modern. Very comfortable for two families with children. The floors & baseboards weren't very clean upon arrival, but nothing the cleaning crew can't address in the future. Would stay here again. It was equipped with the basics: starter rolls of toilet paper & paper towels, and sample sizes of soap/shamp/cond. Thank you!

This house was amazing for our family outing! It had everything we needed! The pictures are just like the house looked and it was super clean! Staying there again next year!

My cousins and I go on a retreat to different locations yearly. This year we stayed in Rockport. This VRBO exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay. The location of the house is perfect. You can see the Gulf from the balcony. The house was clean, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and was up to date with all of the finishes. The management was helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at the VRBO again in the future.
