We are located 15 minutes from Ironwood, Michigan at the beautiful Whitecap Mountains and 20 minutes from Lake Superior. We offer direct access to the ski hill, prime views of Weber Lake, and lots of fun for all! Whether you're sitting by the fire or out on the slopes, Mineshaft Chalets is the place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. But it was a tight fit (not sure there are enough beds) for 18 people. Cabin was clean and cozy. Loved having the two kitchens. One downfall, a board and skis were stolen from the outside area of the cabin when we were there. We didn’t expect that from such a desolate area, and not busy due to minimal snow. Lock up your stuff if you stay here!

This place was perfect! We have plenty of room for all. It was so nice and clean. You are able to walk right out the door and be on the chair lift. We will defiantly come back!
