Just enjoyed a fabulous week at this home. An amazing location right on the beach with views of the surf action on the point break, whales and dolphins. House is getting a little old now but beds are large and comfortable. House could do with an overall spruce up with removal of mould on lampshades and spiderwebs on cornices. Can’t fault the job the cleaners did before our arrival - bathrooms, kitchen, floors,etc. immaculately cleaned.

Split system air conditioning would be an improvement. It was warm upstairs with the fire but downstairs was freezing.

The house is really good for a stay. However, be aware that there are many things not working or less than adequate in the property. Eg, the bbq is useless, small with only 1 burner working - don't expect to be able to use the bbq. Nearly all of the the sliding doors are so jammed up that they are unable to be opened and closed easily. The beds are not that comfortable. The TV is old and the apps don't work (eg for netflix, abc iview, etc). The kitchen utensils and equipment need updating too. I note also a new fridge from last stay. Thank you.
