This house was absolutely fabulous. 2 minutes from the fields and had 2 other houses in the same location so that multiple families from the same team can book together.

We had a wonderful stay at Home Base III. It was so convenient to the park for our son's games, incredibly well-appointed, and had everything we could have ever hoped for. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Cooperstown!

Perfect for a Coopertowns visit for a family of 6. No complaints, everything was as expected. The yard, fire pit and basketball court
were a plus. Close to the baseball park and surrounding attractions…our friends rented the home base next to us so we could all hang but also have our own space…it was good, you won’t regret this one.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It was the perfect size for our family and came fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra linens. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it super convenient for our daily trips to the games. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially families with players at the park!
