Very clean. Good location to get to all the surrounding things to do! Lots of sleeping space! Kitchen had all things needed for our family to cook meals! The back yard was a great area for the kids to run around and we used the grill!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. We were very comfortable. The adjustable beds were a nice touch. The neighborhood was very quiet.

While the house was very nice and convenient to downtown and Pensacola Beach, the beds were not as advertised. They are not queen-size, but double beds and the one in the master bedroom downstairs was lumpy and the microfiber sheets did not fit the bed, nor were they comfortable.
