Szelągowski Park in Poznań is a popular spot for outdoor recreation enthusiasts, offering the beauty of nature and opportunities for active leisure. It is also a great place for family outings and nature observation, set in a picturesque landscape of a lake and forests.

Cytadela Park, on the other hand, is a well-known recreational and historical area with numerous trees, walking paths, grassy fields, and historic buildings. Within the park, visitors can explore museums such as the Armament Museum and the Martyrdom Museum, which showcase the history of the Citadel and related events. The park offers various recreational activities, including walking, jogging, picnicking, and children's playgrounds. A major advantage of the apartment is its proximity to the Warta River – less than a kilometer away. Nearby, guests can also visit the Szeląg City Beach and the Warta River to escape the city's hustle and bustle. For fitness enthusiasts, the Posnania swimming pool and gym, located just across the street, are highly recommended.

The surrounding area offers a variety of shops (Żabka, Stokrotka, Carrefour Market, Kaufland, Groszek, Biedronka), restaurants (Z Innej Bajki, Impresja, Le Buffet, Olivvetta, KFC, Latający Smok, Piccolo, Forni Rossi 777 Pizza e Cucina Napoletana), and cafes (Francuski Łącznik, Wild Bean Cafe, Caffe Crema). There are also service points and the Poznań Plaza shopping center.

The apartment is well connected thanks to the numerous nearby bus and tram stops (Serbska, Wilczak, Wójtowska, Osiedle Pod Lipami), making it easy for guests to reach all the attractions Poznań has to offer.
