Comfortable and clean place, perfect location, great and easy parking! AC worked great as did shower water pressure. Would absolutely stay here again!

Well appointed space in the heart of the NODA neighborhood. Easy in. Easy out. Lots to do within walking distance or even a short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again if/when our travels bring us to CLT.

This property is advertised as a one bedroom, but it's actually a large efficiency apartment. I strongly feel the representation was misleading and would not have booked this apartment had I known it was not a one bedroom. Also, Vrbo advertises all fees included, yet this owner "requires" a policy against damage which is purchased at the time the unit is rented. Again, misleading.
