This family home is perfect as a starting point for hikes, thanks to the greenway less than 1 km away that runs from Concarneau to Roscoff
. You can also relax in the fully enclosed landscaped garden with its old stone walls.
The house is located in the center of Rosporden, a charming little town in Finistère. The beach is 20 minutes away, as is Quimper.
You can do your grocery shopping on foot.
The SNCF train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away.
The house is 190 m².
On the first floor, you’ll find three rooms, each 20 m²: a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.
A separate toilet and a bathroom (with shower and sink) are also available.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms:
- 2 with a 160-cm bed
- 2 with a 160-cm bed and 1 set of two 80-cm beds that can be unfolded into a 160-cm bed
- 1 bathroom
- 1 shower room.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
In the garden, you’ll find everything you need to relax, including patio furniture and a barbecue...
An outbuilding is available to store your bikes if needed.
The house is very well equipped to accommodate up to 12 people.
