Property was as described and met all of our needs. I do think 10 adult/older kids combo would be crowded but it fit our group just fine. Laundry was great in garage as it kept that noise down from the common area. Could use a few more towels for frequent showers in the heat but not a big problem. We did not use the grill but appreciated having it available. Seating was plentiful and comfortable. Very family friendly and neighborhood seemed safe. Host was so responsive with my questions thru the process. Would recommend them highly. All in all a very good experience.

This trip definitely was a weekend to remember. The home felt very inviting. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. The backyard was spacious, and very light up. The outdoor games was a plus. The mattresses were super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils. I definitely would consider rebooking again.
