It was very basic accomodations. Close to Gatlinburg. Main issue were the floors, within 20 minutes of our toddler walking on them barefoot, his feet were black. We had to go buy Swiffer pads and went through an entire box before they weren't coming up black. GHost was very quick to respond when I reached out about this and stated they have cleaners and they would speak to them about it. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, salt, pepper, etc. Most of the appliances are outdated, which is fine because they worked. Except the iron, which was needed for wedding attire. Iron was old and rusted so you couldn't use the spray setting for fear it would stain the clothes. No ironing board, despite being listed as having one. Second bedroom had no fan blades on the ceiling fan, which was fine because it didn't work anyway. In regards to the bedrooms, there are no dressers or hangers, so we had no choice but to live out of our suitcases for our stay. Which made the iron/ironing board situation even worse. Master bedroom was missing light bulbs. Balcony lightbulb was blown, so it was unusable. Folding chair on balcony was broken and almost collapsed when sat on. Air was ice cold and worked great. Master bed was very comfortable and our kids had no complaints about the beds in the bunk room. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in each bathroom. Hair dryer in master bathroom.
