The main level features two inviting queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, each designed for comfort and rest. A dedicated pool room with a TV and mini fridge adds a fun space for friendly competition and entertainment.

Upstairs, a second living room provides even more space to unwind. The primary suite features a king-size bed, elegant décor, and a luxurious private bathroom. LARC Ranch welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. Each stay includes a special pup welcome kit with a few thoughtful items to make traveling with your pet easier. Please note, the property is not fenced, and we kindly request that dogs not be left unattended.

Important Things to Note:
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.
• Other pets are not allowed at this property. If you are traveling with a cat or another type of pet, please notify the Property Manager before booking so we can help recommend a home that may better accommodate your needs. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, cleaning charges, or cancellation of the reservation.
• Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, ladder toss) are available to rent upon request.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.
