Welcome to our luxurious cabin nestled in the heart of Cuyahoga National Park! This stunning retreat is located within a beautiful boutique campground setting, and offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, as it is just a short drive away from the renowned Blossom Music Center and numerous iconic hiking trails.
The cabin boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. Step outside onto the deck, where you'll find breathtaking views of the surrounding forest.
This cabin is located within Valley Overlook, a private Lodging and Campground area surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Travel just minutes to many trailheads for hiking and biking, or bring your kayak for a day on the river. Check out local restaurants in the historic village of Peninsula, just 4 miles to our north. Hop on your bike and take the Towpath Trail as far north as Cleveland or south to Akron. Enjoy local restaurants, breweries, farm markets and more!
During your stay, you're free to walk/hike around the property. Please stay on the road when around the other sites and cabins, and respect the privacy of our other guests. Hike our beautiful trail to a scenic overlook with a beautiful westward across the valley. The trail entrance is on our map, which we will send in a message before check-in. Proper hiking footwear and attire is recommended.
This two-bedroom cabin space includes:
Bedroom w/ Queen Bed
Bedroom with 2 twin xl beds
Kitchenette w/ dining table
Full Bathroom
Outdoor Deck Space nestled in the forest
This unit is part of a comfortable duplex cabin
This cabin is self check-in with parking available on site.
If you are traveling with two vehicles, please park the second one in the large lot next to the office located in the large brick building. Maximum of 2 vehicles.
Visitors and extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
No trailers or oversize vehicles without written approval before arrival.
The cabin will be ready any time after 4pm. We can sometimes coordinate an early check-in for a fee of $30. If you're interested in this option, please send a message with the time you hope to arrive, and we will let you know if we can accommodate this request.
On some evenings, concerts at our neighbor, Blossom Music Center may be audible. The farm across the street utilizes propane canons during the day for a few weeks out of the year to deter birds from eating their corn. Plan to bring a flashlight, as it can get dark in the woods! We use security cameras to monitor our driveway; there are no recording devices of any kind inside or pointed directly at any living space. Winter weather conditions may temporarily limit vehicle access.

A cozy, clean cabin in a campground setting that was the perfect location for our stay on Cuyahoga National Park. We were close to all the activities we wanted to do during our visit with the added benefit of staying in a quiet campground setting. We would highly recommend staying at Valley Overlook!

The cabin was neat and clean when we first arrived. It’s in a campground/close community area which is really nice when you’re not in a familiar area. It was close enough and far enough from everything to get that secluded feeling, but it was really nice being close to Cuyahoga and its trails. The WiFi was pretty good for where we were. We really liked the fact that the hosts gave us a map of how exactly to get to our cabin once we had gotten into the site itself, definitely helped some first day confusion we had! They hosts were also very quick to respond and were very friendly as well! :) it was honestly just the perfect little place to be and hangout before and after hiking for the entire day ! We’re planning on coming back to Cuyahoga so hopefully we can get either the same cabin or same hosts in the future, thanks for letting us stay!
