The welcoming holiday home "Encinar" is located in northern Mallorca, in a rural area on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The 120 m² house is wheelchair accessible and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite and cable TV, a cot, and a high chair. Outside, you will find a lush garden with trees, a covered and open terrace, and a dining area for enjoying evenings with delicious barbecue meals, as well as sun loungers and a covered patio with seating.
