Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- bedroom with double bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
The following facilities are at your disposal: Hairdryer, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome.

- 17 minutes' walk from the M2 metro station;
- 6 minutes' walk from an “Auchan” for everyday shopping.
