Located in a privileged setting, just 5 km from Torrox, Casa Ascen is the perfect balance between luxury and the essence of rural Andalusia. Surrounded by nature and with unparalleled views of the sea and mountains, this elegant villa offers a unique experience of rest and comfort.

With capacity for 8 people, the house is distributed over two floors with spacious and bright spaces designed for maximum wellbeing:

Ground floor: a rustic-chic lounge-dining room with fireplace, sofas and noble wood details, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The American and independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, offering everything necessary for gastronomy lovers. Additionally, on this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both decorated with an elegant rural style.

Upper floor: two spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with decoration that fuses tradition and modernity. From here you access a large terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets with the sea in the background. A second bathroom with shower completes this floor.

The exterior is a true oasis of relaxation. The private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to disconnect under the Andalusian sun. Next to it, the barbecue with wood-fired oven becomes the ideal meeting point for sharing unforgettable evenings outdoors. For the more active, the house also has a ping pong table for moments of group fun.

The privileged location of the accommodation in a mountain setting involves access via a rural road, with curves, slopes and some unpaved sections. It is recommended to drive carefully.

If you're looking for an exclusive retreat that combines the tranquillity of the countryside with all the comforts of a luxury stay, Casa Ascen is your perfect destination on the Costa del Sol.
