It was a lovely property. The kitchen could have been outfitted a bit better, but it does have a washing machine for laundry! All in all, we had a lovely stay and it is a lot of space in a great location. I would recommend it.

There were 10 people in our family group, and everyone is still raving about the time spent in Rome. They really appreciated the transportation that was arranged to pick them up at the train, and suggestions for a late night place to eat nearby. Our group easily found their way around with help of their hosts.

The apartment is in a great location. It was exactly what we needed in Rome.

Good-Beds were comfortable, which is a huge plus.Every room has a bathroom of its own and is private. Plenty of towels and blankets and pillows. Location is excellent. A half a block from the metro stop. Deck was a great place to relax and visit and be in the sun. Bad - Shower heads need replaced in 3 of the 4 bathrooms. The door latches were damaged, and didn’t lock properly on some bedroom doors. Kitchen (no pictures in the listing) is VERY small. Couldn’t find a knife anywhere. Could not cook a meal. Only used it as a place to make a sandwich and keep food cold. We did turn the oven on to reheat some pizza. Not an issue if you plan to eat out. We don’t have small kids now, so the stairs were not an issue. BUT if it was 4 years ago- this would not have worked. Not safe for kids under 5 or 6-ish.
