Important Notice: There is an ongoing building spalling and painting project at the Ilikai. This particular stack is currently scheduled for work sometime between 12/29/26 1/8/2027. During this time, there may be occasional daytime construction noise and temporary limitations to lanai usage between approximately 8 AM – 5 PM depending on weather conditions.
Parking Information: Parking is not included with the unit. However, the following parking options are available:
Valet Parking Available 24/7 through the Ilikai Hotel. Current rate is approximately $45 per night plus tip with unlimited in/out privileges. (No reservation required. Rates subject to change.)
Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking (max 24 hrs). You can pay with card or on your phone. To pay with the parking machine just enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

The stay was nice. This property is better suited for 4 people as our family of 6 was crowded for sleeping arrangements. There was also not enough extra blankets for the listed 7 person capacity. Most people may not have issue with the following, but as I’m a business owner and needed to still address business things while on vacation, it impacted our stay for sure. The internet constantly drops every few minutes and is very unreliable, which was surprising for the area. If you stay on this property, I highly recommend locating and using the Bathers Elevator as the wait for the main elevators can be awhile. The staff at valet were fantastic - please take care of them! Able to walk to a lot of areas to enjoy. I strongly recommend renting a car to drive the Eastern shore, H3 and the North Shore (especially Sharks Cove - make sure you have water shoes)! Monkeypod restaurant was the best around and we all highly recommend it! Also make sure you try the coconut sauce macadamia nut pancakes at Menehube Grille on property!

The property is beautiful - a 2 bedroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and additional sleeping options in the living room. We had 7 of us staying in the condo, in town for our daughter's wedding. Jeannie responded quickly to any inquiries with kindness, consideration, and respect. The unit offered boogie boards, a large cooler on wheels, and sand chairs - perfect for our beach outings. Located next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the location was ideal for walking around Waikiki. An onsite gym at a small cost made our stay even better. And the onsite salon relieved the stress of fixing my own mother-of-the-bride hair style. We opted for the valet parking: quick and convenient. We probably could have located offsite parking but we appreciated the convenience factor. We definitely recommend this property.

The space was adequate, but the pictures made it look much nicer and more updated. The patio furniture was worn and moved around. The kitchen and living room still had food crumbs on the floor. The ceilings were really low which was not evident in the pictures. The unit upstairs was under construction, so it was loud at times. We didn’t hear neighbors at all. There were a couple of beach chairs that were left from previous guests which was a nice surprise. The size of the unit was good. The view was great. The owner responded quickly.
