Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $209.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 Damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.
Must be 21 or older to book.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 9am
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
No parties or get togethers. Max # of people at anytime is 8

Our stay at Calle Azul was great! The house was clean, cozy and had everything we could need. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to many restaurants and conveniences. We like being away from The Strip when we travel and enjoyed our stay. Communication and check-in were efficient and easy. Anthony was excellent at reaching out and keeping us informed. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here if we travel to this part of Vegas in the future.
