On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, kitchen / dining room with insert and access to the south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds), 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 single bed, shower room / wc. Large adjoining unfenced land with terrace ideal for dining outside. Heating thanks to a wood stove and a fireplace (free wood) and electric heating according to consumption (around 50 € per week in winter). Non-smoking gîte. Ideal spot to discover the Auvergne, hiking trail, mountain bike circuits, equestrian tourism, swimming in the outdoor activities center of Iloa and Saint Remy lake at 15 min.
