This cozy top-floor studio features a Queen Murphy bed, a double sofa bed, one bathroom, and an efficient kitchen, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With excellent ski-in/ski-out access, you are just steps away from local restaurants, shops, and amenities. Additionally, to ensure your comfort during the warm summer months, a portable AC unit is provided. #424 has everything you need for a memorable getaway in Sun Peaks!

Location:
- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the center of the Sun Peaks Village
- Village view
- Ski-in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski-out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter
Bed Configuration:
- Sleeps 3 adults or a family of 4
- Murphy Bed: Queen (Occupancy: 2)
- Sofa Bed: Double (Occupancy: 1-2)
Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc
Bathrooms:
- Bathroom: Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with two burner stove (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher

Staff was always very helpful. But room was short on some supplies. We enjoyed our stay but I wish the property owners would keep hallways and elevator vacuumed regularly. There seemed to be a lot of dust everywhere. Also, underground garage has a terrible strong smell that also spreads to the elevator.

Nice room, nice facilities, true ski in ski out in the heart of Sun Peaks village.

Our stay at Sun Peaks was a pleasant surprise - the property was excellent and the little community was wonderful!
We had to come to Kamloops for an event and found ourselves not wanting to leave Sun Peaks!
Will definitely be back!
