The villa is just 2 km from the organised sandy beach of Souda and 1.2 km from the unorganised Fotinari Beach. The town of Plakias is only 3 km away, where youll find tavernas, shops, and all daily amenities.
The villa is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends, as it consists of two independent three-storey houses that can be rented together, offering both shared spaces and privacy within your group. This layout allows you to enjoy holidays together while still having your own personal space.
Each house is furnished in a modern, minimal style and features the same layout. Together, the property can accommodate up to 10 guests in beds, with space for up to 11 guests if needed.
