The property was immaculate, with beautiful decor and all the amenities we could ask for. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare all of our meals, while the comfortable living area was perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk or golf cart drive away from local attractions, beaches and restaurants, yet the property felt secluded and peaceful.
The well-maintained garden and pool area felt private and was perfect for soaking up the sun or cooking on the grill. Cleanliness was top-notch, and any questions we had were promptly answered by Bo.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if we were ever in the area again, we would absolutely book this place again.

My husband and I vacationed for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely Cottage! We have vacationed on 30A numerous times and this stay was by far the best! The Cottage is stunning! It is new construction, fresh, warm, cozy and very inviting. Extremely high quality furnishings, appliances, linens and towels. Fabulous design and flow with a decor that looks to be professional! An amazing location on the quiet end of 30A with very close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops, which are all easily accessible with the new electric golf cart provided for your use. Lovely outdoor private shower and two very comfortable porches for relaxing with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Spacious and lovely appointed bathrooms. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable. The host/owner was very warm, welcoming and attentive, treating us more like family than guests. Great communication and a very easy check in and out process. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends! Thank you for the joy and delight of staying in such a lovely Cottage! It is exceptional in every way! Planning our return!
