It is newly built private entrance walk out basement have three bed room with queen bed, one full bath, kitchen, Dining, Living with Laundry Room
Guest access
Private access to the basement at the west side of the house and paved concrete all the way to the room entrance.
Other things to note
No smoking within the house
No noise allowed after 11 pm it is quiet time

Place was clean, easy to access and private. Highly recommend!

The property was really clean and fit 3 adults very comfortably. The beds were nice and the check in process was straightforward. We were attending an event at the Aurora Sports Park. The drive there was very convenient (5 minutes). I would definitely stay there again.

The property was just as advertised. It was a quiet stay. In a good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.
