Relax in the light and airy two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,260 square-foot condo with an open concept kitchen with updated cabinets, granite counters, and appliances! New flooring in the kitchen, living, dining room and bedrooms provides a beautiful flow throughout.
The welcoming master bedroom provides a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, brand new granite countertops, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub and shower. A flat screen TV and cable are also provided.
The guest suite is smartly designed to be a private area with its own doorway, hallway, full bathroom with new granite counter and cozy bedroom with a large, panoramic bay window. A flat screen TV player with cable make this the perfect retreat.
The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, cable and a blu-ray player.

Enjoy a night in with a nice selection of movies, books and games for all ages. We even have a set of golf clubs so you can leave yours at home! All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, silverware, pots, pans, bakeware and both a Keurig and coffee pot. A full size washer and dryer are in a separate room right off the kitchen.
An electronic entry system makes it easy to come and go without worrying about keys and a NEST smart thermostat keeps you cool all day and night. Loved this property! A visit for a family event - perfect for my mom and I. Very clean, easy check in, had everything we needed, loved the pool. Convenient location, close to many shopping areas! Only thing was we couldn't get the living room ceiling fan to work, may need a new battery. Will definitely stay again!

Carbon monoxide detector started beeping in the middle of the night. We looked all and couldn’t locate the detector. We called the host and she didn’t know where it was either. We were told the house keeper would come by to check it. We returned at 4pm and it was still beeping we contacted host again and she had her husband call to see if he could help us find the detector. He told us to look in top of cabinet next to microwave. We appreciated the getting help with finding it. But it shouldn’t have been going off in the first place. Clean mostly but light globes in large bedroom had lots of dust on them and the cables holding the lights over the bar was also very dusty towards the top. The rest of the condo was perfect and enjoyed our stay

Was able to check in very easily excellent communication with the owners. Place was clean and beautiful. Had one little issue with the coffee maker reached out to the owner received a quick response and boom a new coffee maker waiting for us outside the door before we woke up. Highly recommend renting this place. Close enough to the parks but away from all the craziness. Very quiet 🤫 we definitely enjoyed our stay
