Excellent!

We have stayed here twice and love the house and location. The carpets have definitely seen two years of rental use, and the house could use a general (deeper) cleaning, and put stuff away/throw empty boxes/containers, but this is still our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Sparks. It is a very nice size, has beds for each of our kids, and enables us to cook and not eat out every meal! Thank you for allowing us to stay again!

Great stay here. Place is big and close to Spanish springs. We are going to stay here again!

Everything was in great condition, clean and nice. Beds were fantastic and the neighborhood is quiet.
