my place is only 4 miles from seward and it is located on it's own lot with free parking.THE HOME HAS 3 TV'S ONE IN EACH BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM. IF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE BOOK YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO USE A LATTER TO CLIMB UP THE LOFT AND THE LOFT IS 30 INCHES AT THE LOWEST HEIGHT AND 53 INCHES AT THE HIGHEST HEIGHT. IT HAS TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS UP THERE AND THATS IT.

Good consolidated use of space. Great for large groups who will be out adventuring most of the day. Not as good for groups that want to hang out in the house as the gathering spaces are compact. Loft ceiling is low and requires a ladder to climb up so good for younger and agile individuals. Very clean and the home has all important amenities.

Very nice! Great place to visit Seward and have everyone together. Clean and easy to find. We enjoyed our quick trip to explore Seward.

We had a couple questions before we arrived and John responded very quickly. The house is perfect for any size family, and is located just outside of town. It's away from all the people, but only a 10 minute drive away from Seward.The house was clean and had everything we needed, plus extras!We talked with John and his wife several times while we were there. They are very nice and helpful and even gave us some fishing tips! If we're in the area again; we will be booking this property! The picture is from the deck:)
