Welcome to Inlet Villa, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of East Beach, Saint Simons Island, GA. This stunning 3,400 square foot home offers an unparalleled vacation experience with its prime location and exquisite amenities. Perfect for families and friends, Inlet Villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with its four spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed, and four and a half bathrooms ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. The villa also welcomes up to two pets, making it an ideal choice for pet lovers.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150/dog. 2 dog maximum
Linens (bath towels, pool/beach towels & bed sheets) provided

Parking for 5 vehicles

The open-concept main living level offers guests multiple areas to gather and relax both indoors and on the private screened porch. The large kitchen offers views of Gould's Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean along with a Viking refrigerator and a six burner gas range. Guests will enjoy the ambience of dining al fresco on the screened porch with views of the tropical backyards and new pool and spa below.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the main living level (2nd level) and the three Guest Suites, all with their own en suite bathrooms are located downstairs on the Terrace Level. The Terrace Level offers guests a secondary den area with an HD TV as well as a large laundry room area, perfectly suited for your entry to the home after a fun day at the beach! A secondary laundry is located in the Primary Suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an extra sleeping area equipped with a bunk bed, featuring a full lower bed and a single twin upper bed, perfect for guests or kids.
The Terrace Level of the home allows guests direct access to the Terrace screened porch and the pool & spa area. The heated pool and spa (upon request for a fee of $45 / day) is the perfect place to unwind and find your island time. The pool and backyard were completely renovated in 2023, now offering the spa as an extra amenity area to enjoy!

The location of the house was perfect. Steps to the beach. We didnt use the pool or spa,. Mother nature did not corporate. So we cooked and enjoyed the house. walked the beach when we could. Communication with the property management was easy. The beach chair rental was a great perk. House needs to be stocked with just a few basic clenaing supplies like a few laundry detergent packets, counter cleaner , bucket. We had a spill and it was difficult to clean up with nothing on hand. It was a great rental. Lots of space. Kids had gathering room downstairs. Beds super comfortable. Very clean. I couldnt get the ice machine figured out and they had someone come by within 24 hours..total user error! Appreciate the abilty to stay. Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful. 3 houses from the beach. very pretty and beachy feel.However....
None of the TVs worked when we checked in. There were no remotes for the downstairs bedroom tvs. The WIFI did not work on the first day. I think Maintenance was out at the house for 3 hours the first day. They came back several times the next few days again to deal with WIFI and TV issues. I had to go to other locations to attend my zoom meetings for wokr because the WIFI kept disconnecting at the house. It is definitely not stable. So if you need WIFI this is not the house for you.
There are 2 large brick stair cases in the driveway to walk up to get into the front door - very hard on the knees and not suitable for elderly people.
The pool is great. Hot tub was cold. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard so if you have dogs they will have to pee/poop in the large weeds and bushes growing back there. There was also a hige fire ant problem in the backyard. The Sprinklers seemed to run from 6 - 8am and then on and off all day so letting the dogs out into the backyard to go to the bathroom during these times did not work - we had to walk them.
Most of the cups in the kitchen were plastic and they smelled. No wine glasses. no champage glasses. Very limited kichenware. We had to have maintenance bring us a coffee pot.
Showers were impossible to figure out. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Bones of the House was nice everything else needs work.
