A bright, cozy retreat just one block from the beach and steps from all the local favorites. Whether you're planning a mom-cation, a family getaway, or a beach trip with friends, this home has everything you need for a relaxed and memory-filled stay—plus thoughtful touches for kiddos and pups.
This bungalow welcomes dogs. While we clean thoroughly between every stay, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Guests with pet allergies assume responsibility when booking.

☝️ Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
🔍Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours to arrange retrieval (the $35 handling fee will be deducted from the security deposit)
🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- No other type of animals allowed.
📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
- Completed and signed rental agreement
- Valid government-issued identification on file
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $300 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)

The house was a Barbie beach house. Parking under the home was a huge bonus for me to protect my vehicle. Pool was a much needed and appreciated asset. The dock area was great! Beautifully decorated! Host was very attentive and accommodating. Laundry area was utilized daily. My dog loved it most importantly. Beach was only one short block away and even has restrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse off the beautiful soft sand.

I don’t know where to start, except by saying everything was perfect! The location being just across the street from the beach was ideal, the condo had everything possible that you could need, including all of the beach toys, and most importantly, baby gear that we did not have to bring ourselves! Scott, the owner was super receptive to last minute needs and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from a host. I can’t do this review without mentioning how beautifully decorated the townhouse was and to say thank you and hats off to our host and hostess for sharing this cute townhouse with my daughter and I. We look forward to coming back and can’t say enough about this perfect little piece of paradise.
