In the heart of Rennes city centre, on the ground floor of a small, fully refurbished block of flats, come and discover this charming, furnished and fully renovated one-bedroom-plus-half flat.
Combining old-world charm with modernity, the flat is divided into three cleverly defined areas to make the most of the space.
It comprises a welcoming ground-floor level, which forms the living area. A few steps lead down to a modern and functional kitchen, followed by a shower room with a toilet. Finally, a staircase leads up to the sleeping area, designed as a mezzanine and glazed to maximise natural light.
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 11 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single sofa bed for a child
