COVID 19 :
THE APARTMENT IS ENTIRELY DESINFECTED AND READY TO WELCOME YOU SAFELY according to the new covid-19 standards :
Before your arrival:
- the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us.
- All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...)
- Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
- All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
- We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment.
- Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures:
hand washing, wearing a mask is compulsory, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass Transparent Glass to communicate serenely.
- For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydo-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.
At your departure :
Leave serenely without contact since you can leave the sets of keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly.
(we will simply ask you to let all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the apartment behind you).

Large living room and dining room, American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
The apartment is air conditioned in each rooms and bedrooms, 3 balconies, second floor without elevator.

Fully equipped, you will also be in the heart of one of the most attractive areas of Nice: the port, the Place du Pin, the Place Garibaldi and tram stop 100 meters, the old town, the taxi boat to go in Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes ... the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais 300 meters.
Conveniently located in the heart of the "old nice" just minutes away from all main attractions:
- 100 meters from the port
- 800m from place Rosseti,
- 700m from Cours Saleya and his farmer market,
- 400m from promenade des Anglais,
- 200m from tramway station "Garibaldi",
- 800m from place Massena,
- 400m from Art Museum moderne MAMAC,
- 750m from l'Avenue de Verdun and luxury shops,
Equipment possible on prior request:
- cot = 25euros for the duration of your stay

I recently stayed at this property which is in a very walkable neighborhood, and it was perfect for large groups. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living and dining spaces had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
However, there were a few minor improvements that could take this property to a 5-star rating. Firstly, the wifi only worked in the main areas of the house, and it would be beneficial if it worked throughout the entire house. Additionally, two of the bedrooms had issues with the AC not working properly, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay.
Despite these minor issues, the property was still a fantastic choice for a group stay. With a few improvements, it has the potential to be a top-rated accommodation.

This was the perfect place to stay in Nice! Closely location to everything and a beautiful place. There were so many things provided for us that made our trip abroad more convenient. If we ever visit Nice again, we would love to stay at this exact apartment!

8 of us came to Nice for a cycling holiday. Everything is close to hand, shops, port, town centre restaurants.

Our family went to Nice so that four of the men could participate in the half Ironman race in Nice. We had 9 adults and one infant. The property was in a perfect location for everything we needed! Ideal location, nice space for five couples- plenty of privacy for everyone. We did not eat in often, so didn't get a handle on amenities in the kitchen, but definitely had everything we needed. Excellent experience! Thank you!
