Overall property was great and spacious. Wonderful large rooms for family gathering without feeling cramped. Adequate seating for all of us. Quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of people outside walking. Close proximity to a grocery store, pizza place, and ice cream.

Overall, the house is incredibly spacious with fantastic bedroom options, making it an excellent layout for a large group. The kitchen is a great size for a big party, and the bathrooms and showers were wonderful! Having two refrigerators was also a major bonus. However, prospective guests should be aware of a few details regarding amenities and supplies:Pros:Space: Very roomy with plenty of bedrooms and an excellent, large kitchen for a big group.Bathrooms: Modern, wonderful showers and bathrooms.Appliances: Having two refrigerators was a huge plus for our large group.Cleanliness: The house was very clean upon arrival.Cons / Things to Bring:Kitchen & Household Supplies: As other reviews mentioned, basic supplies were heavily lacking. There weren't enough plates, silverware, glasses, or snack bowls to comfortably accommodate 12 people (we luckily brought paper and plastic products). There was also only one dish towel provided.Linens: We had to fold and distribute our own bath towels straight out of the dryer to stock each bathroomMaintenance Issues: One of the freezers was broken, so we had to go out and purchase ice for our drinks.Essentials: Make sure to pack extra garbage bags and toilet paper, as only a bare minimum is provided. No TV: Keep in mind there is no television in the house. My fault I assumed it was standard in a vacation home. Note: We didn't use the backyard, deck, or pool as it was too chilly during our stay and the pool wasn't open yet.

Clean house, nice location,

Nice home in great neighborhood. Deck & pool area could use a good scrubbing.Gorgeous kitchen but the fridge’s freezer really needs a good defrosting.
