Guests are also responsible to ensure that any litter is cleaned up. Potentially dangerous breeds such as German Shepherds or Pitt Bulls are not allowed.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For security purposes, there are cameras that monitor the outside area of the property, they do not point towards the hot tub or any interior spaces. All linens, towels, and a starter pack of supplies are provided but please bring your own coffee, condiments, charcoal.

We highly recommend you check the weather before booking & bring a four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to storms/road conditions. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

The hot tub and fireplace are operational year round!
