Step inside and enjoy 1,621 sq. ft. of coastal comfort, highlighted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that fill the space with natural light and showcase sweeping Gulf views. Start your mornings with coffee or end your evenings with a glass of wine on the private balcony overlooking the shoreline. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family-style meals, and the open-concept layout makes gathering effortless when you're not exploring local restaurants.
The primary bedroom and first guest bedroom are both en-suite and offer private balcony access, ensuring you never miss a moment of those stunning views. The second guest bedroom features its own private access to the north-facing balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat. Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.
Island Tower offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sand. With just 65 units and only three condos per floor, this low-density building ensures a peaceful, uncrowded beach experience.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds + private balcony access

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The view, location and layout of the condo was perfect for us! 5 of us stayed comfortably with no problem. There were a few places throughout the condo on the ceiling marked like it needed repaired and the condo overall could use a little bit of updating to make it even better. Another thing that would be nice is some spices, and maybe a couple of dishwasher tabs/laundry pods, and a couple of trash bags. It was listed that they didn’t supply that, but would be nice to have a little bit! There were a few beach chairs and an umbrella that were a lifesaver to have! We had a great trip!

The condo was great. Location and view were just what showed in the pics and even better in person. So close to everything. My only issue was not enough space in the queen room to put my clothes. Everything else was so great, will be back.

Balcony and view are unbeatable. Only complaint is only one elevator was working, so had several looong waits or 18 flights of stairs.
