This is old-school Breck: rustic, yet very comfortable. It’s a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex in the quiet Warriors Mark neighborhood with room for up to 10 guests — and you can bring the family pup, too! Featuring unobstructed mountain views from the living room and back patio you're sure to make some unforgettable memories at Summit View Chalet. There’s also free bus shuttle stop about a 3-4 minute walk away to take you to downtown Breckenridge, the Peak 9 base area, and the BreckConnect Gondola.
The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of natural light, as well as leather couches and a rock gas fireplace. Next to that, there’s a den/TV room with a flat-screen TV and board games to keep the kids entertained. Just outside, there’s a deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need when you’re not taking advantage of Breck’s great dining options. The dining table seats 10.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, three outdoor parking spaces, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. The place worked great for our family ski trip. The place gave us a big table to play games and we saw moose in the backyard! The shuttle is easily accessible and about 7 minutes walk but also very easy to do a drop off within same time at Beaver Creek if you want to. Two things to be aware of is uneven spacing of steps to go upstairs mean you need to concentrate to go up and down. Also, the toaster didn’t work and although rental group said they would replace during stay, it didn’t happen.

This cabin is older, and it shows, but it was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. It is located close enough to everything there is to do, but in a very quiet location. We went for walks through the neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed the back deck in the mornings with coffee. The loft area is great for a group of kids, and the water pressure was divine! My only complaint is that the rental company required a third-party processing of payment. I use VRBO for the peace of mind, convenience, and cash back I receive. The communication about this was not in the listing and wasn't clear in their messages. They did check in on us, though, to see if we needed anything.

Dryer didn’t work lots of small damage around the house I was worried for being charged for. Sheets and bedding did not appear clean
