Twin bedroom with two single beds ( pull-out ) which can be made as a double if needed, wardrobe, set of drawers, beside table and chair.

Bedroom 3
Small 4 ft double bed, wardrobe, tallboy set of drawers, bedside wicker shelf unit, plus an En-suite shower, toilet and 2 drawer vanity unit.

Bathroom
Bath and shower, toilet, wash basin and drawers.

Lounge/Diner
TV, comfortable sofas, coffee table, book case and lamp. Table and chairs that seats 6.

Conservatory
Sofa seating with access to the garden. Please note that if you are a party of 5 or 6 then access to this room is through one of the bedrooms

Outside
Rear garden. walled garden slabbed with small flower beds, washing line and storage shed. BBQ provided with rattan seating.
