Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in 11-703. I called ahead as a late arrival and was told my pin to enter the condo and welcome packet would be available to me when I got there. The pin did not work. It took over an hour to get someone on the phone after standing outside the condo with my takeout food in the middle of a cold night. I ended up calling the emergency line and someone finally came out and let us in our room. The pin I was provided was not the correct pin. As a result, we missed night skiing and were unable to leave our room until the next morning as the person who came to help us on check in night, said he was unable to give us the pin for the door lock. We lost an entire night of our vacation and was not once offered compensation. The condo itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Wish the check in process hadn't put a damper on our vacation.

The only minor issue was that there wasn’t a thermostat, just two heaters on the wall. The loft area got really hot and even with the all of the fans running it felt a little like a sauna upstairs. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Very tight, not enough space for 4 adults. We left a night early to sleep in our own beds.
