The apartment is cozy, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Jersey City and this beautiful apartment.

Enjoyed the close by restaurants and deli’s. Got the chance to meet the owner, who seems very polite and understanding.

This property is fantastic for someone who is financially in need of staying close to the city, but does not have the funds to stay in the city. The property manager is absolutely wonderful and was very concerned/cautious with giving us all the information we needed. The property itself is in fantastic shape with ample room for two. The bathroom is practically brand new and in very good shape. We have no concerns about the property. The neighborhood itself is very well lit with lots of police officers that live in the areaMy only concern and the reason why it did not receive five stars is that it’s lack of parking. If having a secured parking space is not a dealbreaker for you. This is absolutely the property for you. However, we would come back from a night in the city and have nowhere to park and be stuck either double parking or driving around for almost an hour to look for a spot. Especially as a person that does not parallel park well.If parking is not an issue for you, or you are not planning on bringing a car, I highly recommend this property

The online listing was pretty accurate as far as description of space. The space had a strange odor. Upon walking in the front door the 1st thing you see is a can of febreze on the mantel. So I'm sure the owner is aware of the odor. As I grab the can and start spraying I notice a roach on the bathroom door. Between the odor and the roach I tried to spend as much time as possible out doors. I was happy I only had a 1 night stay. Came in late and checked out 1st thing in the morning.
