The second bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together.



The family bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment, sink, and toilet.

Punta Prima is one of the most popular areas of the Orihuela Costa, known for its beaches, restaurants, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

• Punta Prima Beach – 8 minutes drive

• Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre – 10 minutes drive, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe with shops, restaurants, bowling, and entertainment

• Torrevieja promenade, night markets, water park, and cinema showing both Spanish and English films

Several championship golf courses are also located within a short drive (Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campomor, Villamartin are all within a 10-15 min drive).

There are also regional bus connections between Cartagena, Torrevieja, and Alicante.
