PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens and Bed Set Up, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

This is our second year at this property and again, we enjoyed it very much. The check in process was easy, the unit was clean and ready, and by “ready” I mean sheets were on the beds and towels were laid out. The building is well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. We had a major plumbing issue in the second bath that had work crews in and out for most of the week, but everyone I dealt with was professional and apologetic about the situation. Since we were on the beach all day, it really wasn’t that disruptive. I now know that owners read these comments. I mentioned in last year’s review about low water pressure in the primary shower, and this year I was pleasantly surprised that it had been addressed! The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking one might do on vacation; appliances are top notch! A countertop ice maker came in especially handy!This is a beautifully updated unit in a great location. We will be back.
