Summary:
Stunning brand new 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Shoreditch.
With floor to ceiling windows, contemporary art and luxury bathrooms. This chic and modern flat is the perfect private getaway and ideal home base in the city. High-end accents include air conditioning, underfloor heating and a wine cooler. The flat is located in one of the trendiest areas in the city, where you can fins some of the most fashionable streets, markets, galleries, bars and some of the bests restaurants in town.
The Space:
The Space is designed with impeccable detail and interior designed furnishings throughout. It has an incredible amount of space and light.
Wifi is available in the common areas - at the moment there is no internet in the rooms, it will be from the second week of September.
The flat comprises 2 large double bedrooms, 1 of them with en-suite bathroom, a separate family bathroom and a spacious open plan reception room with a fully integrated kitchen.
MASTER BEDROOM:
- King Size Bed
- Blackout curtains
- Ensuite bathroom with bath
2ND DOUBLE BEDROOM:
- Double bed
- Spacious wardrobe
- Black-out curtains
FAMILY BATHROOM:
- Luxury bathroom with shower
From the living room you can see the overground trains, however, noise is not a problem. You can hear the trains passing but because the building is new and well soundproof the noise is minimal.

Use DETTOL * (and other may be used) brands alcohol and bleach-based products
Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs, handles, remotes
Wear face masks and gloves
Do not leave excess linen in properties.

All parts of the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
This vibrant area has wonderful selection of bars, great restaurants including 4 Michelin stars, Independent Galleries and Boutique shops.
You are super close to central London which amazing transport links to all the best spots in the city!
Getting Around:
Shoreditch High Street Station is only a 3 min walk
Liverpool Street station and Old Street Station are both a 10 min walk from the flat.
There are buses in a nearby stop in Shoreditch High Street Staion and in Great Easter Street.

Check-in:
-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.
Late check-in fees:
- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.
- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay
- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay
For security reasons:
- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.
