This is our family beach house that we come to several times a year. We try to keep everything updated and in good, clean working order. We try our best to make sure every visitor is comfortable and happy. If you are new to the region (as we once were), Palmetto bugs are a part of the landscape. We have pest control come monthly all year round to treat inside and outside the property.
If there is ever an issue with anything, we are a call away to correct it.
There is an automatic refundable $150.00 damage deposit that is held for 7 days after checkout.
Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check out is 11:00AM.

We had the best week staying at the beach house! We all fit comfortably and it was such a nice area and just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right there. Communication was so easy and we would absolutely book again!

Home was well stocked with items needed to help prepare food. Good location that was quiet with close access to a pool and a short walk to the beach. 2 family's stayed for a short vacation with plenty of room.

We were in Myrtle Beach for a family event and needed a place to stay for four adults and five children. This place met our needs and we enjoyed out stay.

Close access to beach, shops and pool. Fit our needs for the weekend but definitely needs a good top to bottom cleaning. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers, dirty utensils, stains on blankets and seat cushions. Mold on the bathroom shower curtain and the cabinets doors covered in dust, dirt, grime. Host was very easy to work with and again, great location.
