Cozy Luxurious Carriage House with King size bed, plush bathrobes, wrap around white leather couch, dining area/kitchenette, mid size AND also a small refrigerator /freezer, countertop oven, microwave,new washer/dryer and private bathroom. Steps away from Updated Watercolor Fitness,Tennis & Pickleball Center featuring Har-Tru tennis courts, 5 communal pools including access/ 2 wristbands to the Watercolor Beach Club and Pool. Boathouse is a 10 minute walk .Publix and shops just a 5 minute walk. 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk/ bike ride to the most beautiful beach, restaurants and retail shops . A Car is not needed there is a free shuttle that runs throughout the development and to Publix. which is a 5 minute walk. 2 Yolo Beach Bikes are available for use,

We had a wonderful stay here! It was well-equipped with everything we needed and quite spacious for a studio. Very convenient to all the amenities in Watercolor. The hosts were gracious and responsive. Would highly recommend to any individuals/couples looking to stay in Watercolor!
