Other Things to Note:

Important Information 💙

We want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay with ease 😊.

Pool and Jacuzzi heating are available for an additional charge of $35 per day 💦🔥. Heating a pool requires significant energy, especially in Florida, and this fee helps cover those high electricity costs while keeping the water warm and comfortable for you.

If you’d like to enjoy the BBQ grill 🍖, there is an optional $50 cleaning fee 🧼. Cleaning a grill properly takes extra time and care so it can be left spotless and ready for the next guests to enjoy—just the way you deserve to find it.

These charges are not meant as extra costs, but as a way to maintain the quality and comfort of the home and its amenities for everyone 🌴🏡. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep everything in great condition.

Thank you so much for helping us take care of this beautiful home—we’re here to make sure you have an amazing and relaxing stay! ✨😊
