Quiet cottage nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains!
I live next door and am usually around to greet my guest and to answer any questions you may have.
Pool is open to the rental guests only-During May and Aug and part of early Sept Depending on how warm the temp is here
Just minutes away from historic Charlottesville, Virginia.
Recommended Activities:
-Tubing in the James River (15min away)
-Various Brewery/Winery Tours (15min away)
-The Walton House (5min away)
-Wintergreen Ski Resort (30min away)

Good place to visit and get away from the city for the fourth. Pro(s)- The pool is lovely! There are very large umbrellas for shade on both sides of the pool. The owner also services the pool daily so it's for sure kept clean. - Very close to wineries, which are great to visit during the day, followed by a relaxing swim in the pool afterwards. Con(s)- The house could use a good deep clean by a cleaning service. Top level things were very clean but could definitely use a deep clean once the summer season starts. Our family though has a rule to always leave a place cleaner than when you found it!

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved having access to a pool. Owner was very nice and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

This was one of the cutest cottages we’ve ever stayed at! The host was so kind and sweet and we LOVED the pool! Host even offered to let us park in the yard to help with my grandmas accessibility. The location is only about ten minutes away from eateries and stores, and super convenient if you’re going to CVille or Shenandoah. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely stay again!

It was an older home, with rustic modifications. Fully functional. Main bedroom was comfortable, old furniture. The spare room had 2 very hard twin mattresses. The TV room had very uncomfortable chairs and futon to watch TV. The sitting room was more comfortable. Landlord was right next door, shared pool.
