Welcome to The Stratton House, one of our guest favorites located on one of the best streets near the Decatur Historic Town Square. This comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is full of charm, with original hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and a cozy layout that makes guests feel right at home.
Located just a short drive from downtown Decatur, The Stratton House is a great fit for families, couples, wedding guests, race visitors, traveling professionals, and guests needing a furnished month-to-month rental. Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, a local event, work, or an extended stay, this home offers a peaceful and comfortable place to land.

Directly across the hall is the main bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall on the right is the primary King bedroom with a private half bath. To the left at the end of the hall is the second King bedroom.
LIVING SPACE
The living room is stylish, comfortable, and filled with natural light. Guests can relax on the plush sofa, enjoy the Smart TV, and settle in after a day exploring Decatur or attending a local event.
The home is designed with cozy textures, neutral tones, and comfortable furnishings, making it a great place to unwind for both short weekend stays and longer furnished stays.

The kitchen includes sleek appliances, open shelving, and the essentials needed to cook and dine at home.

This house was really nice!! they were really communicative when it came to things that were needed. The place was really clean. The backyard was really big and it was a good relaxing place.

House was in a good neighborhood in a central location to shopping and eating places. Rooms were a bit warm but ceiling fans helped. There was some kids socks and garbage left under beds and tv stands by previous tenants but other than that it was clean and a great place to stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of January-beginning of February. Literally loved every single detail! The home is beautiful with the remodel and the added charm like the bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash feature. The kitchen was fully stocked and well functioning. The couch was comfy and perfect size for our family. When we return we would love to stay here again!
