The space was large, incredibly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, well lit with the giant wall of windows. Parking situation couldn't have been easier. My only complaint was the noise. There was a loud repetitive drone that I originally thought was coming from the brewery across the street but eventually was convinced was coming from the roof above the room. It happened randomly on and off through out the stay. I since I was in and out a lot the first few days in town it didn't bother me, but the last night I was in town I stayed in to rest up for the drive home and it started around 11pm and was non stop for close to two hours. Because it felt like it was coming from the roof directly above this particular unit had I been in another room or on the first or second floor I felt like I probably wouldn't have heard it.

We came into town to see a show at The Grey Eagle and the location of this condo was perfect. Great place for a quick weekend getaway. Important to note that there isn’t an elevator and the stairs are external. not a big deal by any means but I didn’t realize that before checking in. Overall a great place for a great price.

The suite was clean and neat. Supplies were handy and/or easy to find - towels, extra blankets, etc. The check-in process was easy. Nancy (the host) was quick in her responses and easy to communicate. The location was convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate (the reason for our visit), but the actually location was not picturesque. There is an industrial complex across the street and a good view of the highway. Our biggest issue was the very loud HVAC system. Even though the details of room 301 warns you that light sleepers should not rent this room, it does not really do justice to how loud the system actually is. Sleeping was not really the problem, but we had to turn the TV up quite loud to hear it over the roar of the system every time it turned on. If you do rent in this complex, I would not stay on the 3rd floor.
