Lower Unit:
The spacious lower unit boasts 3 generous bedrooms and a massive patio directly facing the beach. This expansive outdoor space is perfect for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the breathtaking ocean views.

Located right in front of Lifeguard Tower 65, offering peace of mind while the kids play in the ocean

Multi Family home / Shared Space
This is a duplex home with two units onsite, and you will have access to both units during your stay. The first unit includes the entire ground level plus half of the second level. The second unit is fully located upstairs.
All bedrooms are situated on the second level. Please note that there are no views from the bedrooms.
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have Central Air. (1) Freestanding AC unit is provided in the living room in the upstairs unit only
Parking Details
Parking for 3 Vehicles included. (1) in garage and (2) in driveway.
-All vehicles parked in the driveway must NOT exceed 15 ft 4 inches in length. If the vehicle protrudes beyond the length of 15 ft 4 inches the city of Newport Beach parking division will issue a parking ticket which you will be responsible for.
Laundry
This Home does not include a washer or dryer (there is a laundromat nearby)
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

It was unbelievable to step off the patio on to the beach and just a quick walk to the ocean. The views were awesome! We had a great experience with this property.
