Also, located right next to the large St. Joseph River, enjoy the views from the house, or up close with our provided kayaks.

✔ Fence - there is a fence around the entire backyard
✔ On both sides of the house, there is a gate, but children under the age of 8-10 can't get through those gates, so they can't walk around the house to get to the pool
✔ Street Gate - there is a big gate behind the shed of the side street - we don't keep this locked as we have pool maintenance people in and out all the time, but we put a padlock on the gate, so if you want lock it off so kids can't go in or out, the code to the pad lock is the same as the guest code for the doors

The pool & hot tub are amazing. The house was clean and had nice fresh towels and comfortable beds.The overgrown weeds and bushes need to be cleaned up right away. It interfered with the parking and the access to the street. There was also poison ivy along the walkway that needs removal.Overall, it was a great experience. Todd responded right away when the glass on the oven door came off and he had it fixed the next morning.We would definitely return. The property is close to everything and the walking path is very convenient.

The house was awesome for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space. We loved the huge pool and hot tub. We also used the provided kayaks which was great. We would definitely stay here again. The host was great at communicating too.
